It is true that buying a home can be very difficult. Many have experienced difficulties in this sometimes confusing process. They have wasted time and money, and become frustrated and disillusioned. Many end up believing they will never be able to buy a home. That is unfortunate. When you think about it, most of us would not attempt to work on our own cars. But, when it comes to the largest investment we make in our lifetime we choose to go it alone. We choose to do it with no professional guidance, because, we don’t know where we can get professional help and what it will cost. Actually it needn’t cost anything. We hear from people that are hesitant to begin the process of owning their own home, because they are frightened of the process. This is why we began the Home Buying Class several years ago. Many people believe it is just too difficult to go through the frustrations of doing it the hard way. So, they continue renting and throwing their hard earned money away instead of enjoying all the benefits of owning their own home in a quiet, lovely neighborhood.
Actually, buying a home can be fun and easy. It depends on how you go about it.

Attendees receive the information they need in a pleasant, secure atmosphere. Hundreds of people that have attended now own their own home. The class is held at a local Technical School that is easy to get to, from anywhere in town. There is lighted parking and security, so you are completely safe. You will be attending along with many other folks. No one will be singled out, and asked embarrassing questions. It is a group of 20 to 30 people. You get the information you want without feeling intimidated. Questions you may have are usually asked by someone else in the class. So, there is no fear of embarrassment of asking a dumb question in public. The entire content of the class has come from past attendees suggestions. They told us what they really wanted to know and, that’s what we cover. It is truly a class for people that want real information and is not a sales pitch to use the services of the people presenting the information. There is never any hassle or pressure to use the services of the folks that teach the class. You can choose to use them if you want, but you are under no obligation to do so. And you receive a manual with complete instructions to lead you through the process.

Jack Morgan, CMPS® is the Branch Manager of Benchmark Mortgage, Inc. He is a member of the Certified Mortgage Planning Institute. He holds the highest designation of that organization. He is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist®. Jack has been helping people in the real estate and mortgage process since 1973. He specializes in helping people achieve their financial goals.
Nancy Morgan, GRI, CRS and President and Broker of The Real Estate Center, Inc. is one of the most successful and knowledgeable Real Estate Brokers in Oklahoma. She is highly respected for her ability to get things done. She loves working with buyers and sellers to achieve their long and short term housing goals.
